Trouble Logging In?

If you’re having trouble signing in to CoachNow, here are a few quick things to check before resetting your password again.


1. Use the same email that your coach used to invite you.

CoachNow accounts are connected to the email address your coach used when sending you the invitation.
If you attempt to log in with a different email address, a new, empty account will be created.

Tip: Search your inbox for “CoachNow Invitation” to double-check which email was used.



2. Create a new password when you reset it.

If you tap “Forgot Password,” make sure to choose a brand-new password — not the same one you had before.
Re-entering your old password will cause the reset to fail.



3. Turn off or clear password autofill.

Sometimes your phone or browser automatically fills in your old password, even after you’ve changed it.
Before logging in again:
 • Tap the password box and delete anything that appears automatically
 • Type your new password by hand
 • If needed, clear saved CoachNow passwords in your phone settings



Once you’ve confirmed your email, created a new password, and entered it manually, you should be all set to log in successfully.

If it still doesn’t work, close the app completely, reopen it, and try again using the correct email and new password.
