General Troubleshooting

If something doesn’t look right in CoachNow — videos won’t load, you’re not getting updates, or your invite never arrived — here are a few common fixes to try.


1. Check Junk, Spam, or Promotions Folders.

If you haven’t received your invitation or password reset email, it’s often just hiding in another inbox tab.

Tip:
Search your email for “CoachNow” and be sure to check:
 • Junk or Spam
 • Promotions (especially in Gmail)
 • Social or Updates tabs

If you still don’t see it, ask your coach to resend the invitation and open it as soon as it arrives.



2. Make sure your app is up to date.

Using an older version of CoachNow can cause issues with loading videos, viewing Spaces, or getting notifications.

How to check:
 • Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
 • Search CoachNow
 • Tap Update if available
Then close the app completely and reopen it.



3. Turn on push notifications.

If you’re not getting alerts when your coach posts new videos or comments, your notifications are probably turned off.

To fix:
 • Go to your phone’s Settings → Notifications → CoachNow
 • Toggle Allow Notifications to ON
 • You can also check in the app under Settings → Notifications



4. Check your Wi-Fi or data connection.

If videos aren’t playing or pages won’t load, your signal might be weak.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data or moving closer to your router.

Tip: Closing and reopening the app after reconnecting often fixes loading issues.



5. Allow access to your camera and photos.

If you can’t upload swings or videos, CoachNow might not have permission to access your camera or photo library.

To fix:
 • Go to Phone Settings → CoachNow
 • Toggle Camera and Photos to ON

Then reopen the app and try uploading again.



6. Refresh the app manually.

Sometimes CoachNow needs a quick refresh to show new posts or videos.

To refresh:
Pull down from the top of the screen in your Space until you see the loading icon, then release.



If you’ve checked all of these and things still aren’t working, try deleting and reinstalling the CoachNow app — that usually clears up most lingering issues.

After reinstalling, log back in using the same email your coach invited you with.
