View and navigate between your Spaces (your personal area shared with your coach) and any Groups you’re part of.
You’ll see recent posts, updates, and highlights from your coach here.

Feed
See the latest videos, feedback, and posts from your coach or other members of your Space.
You can like, comment, or reply directly under each post to keep your communication organized.

Orange “+” Button
Tap the orange “+” icon to create a new post, record a video, or upload media from your phone.
Anything you post here will automatically notify your coach.

Bookings
If available, use this tab to view your upcoming sessions, schedule new ones, or manage any active programs with your coach.
(Some accounts may not display this tab depending on your setup.)

Library
Your personal storage area for videos, photos, and notes.
Anything in your Library is private until you choose to post it to your Space or Group.

Other Key Areas

Coach Profile
Access your coach’s profile to find their contact information, website, and social media links.
This is also where you may see any programs, lessons, or offers available for purchase.

Cloud Library
You may see a general “Cloud Library” link from your home screen.
This works like your personal Library — a space to organize private media that isn’t shared until you post it.
