Don’t See Your Lessons? Your Account Might Not Be Linked.

If you’ve logged into CoachNow and don’t see your lessons, videos, or posts — your account may not be linked to your coach.
Here are a few quick things to check.

1. Make sure you’re using the same email that your coach invited you with.

CoachNow accounts are tied to the exact email address your coach used when sending you the invitation.
If you log in with a different email (like a personal Gmail instead of an iCloud or work email), CoachNow creates a new, empty account — which won’t show any of your content.

Tip: Search your inbox for “CoachNow Invitation” to confirm which email was used.
If needed, log out and sign back in using that address.

2. Open the invitation email before signing up for the app.

If you downloaded the app first and signed up manually, your account won’t automatically connect to your coach’s Space.
You need to open the original CoachNow Invitation Email and click the Join Now or Accept Invitation link.

That’s what officially connects your account to your coach.

Tip:
If you can’t find the invitation, ask your coach to resend it and open it on the same device where the app is installed.

3. Don’t open the invite on a different device.

If you open your invitation link on a computer but plan to use the app on your phone, the two may not sync.
It’s best to open the invitation directly from your phone or tablet so your account connects immediately.

4. Avoid creating multiple accounts.

If you’ve tried signing up with a few different emails to “get it to work,” you may now have multiple empty accounts.
Stick with the one tied to your coach’s invitation and ignore the rest.

Once you’ve confirmed your email and clicked the invite link, your Space will appear automatically, and you’ll have full access to all your videos, notes, and feedback.

If you still don’t see your Space after checking all of this, please contact your coach to confirm that the correct email address was used for your invitation.
